Who we are

Somdul Sites is a service of Somdul (“we”, “us”). You can reach us on LINE @772asasb or at hello@somdul.app. “You” means the business that orders a website from us.

These terms apply to every website we make and look after, together with the quote we send you on LINE or by email. Where the quote and these terms differ, the quote wins.

What we do

We design, build and look after your website as described in the package you choose (see Pricing), including hosting, a free yourshop.somdul.site address and connecting your own domain.

Paying

• New sites: half the setup fee to start, then the other half plus the first month or year before the site goes live.
• After that, monthly or yearly in advance, as your package says.
• Prices are in Thai baht, paid by bank transfer or PromptPay. We send a receipt every time.
• Paying the deposit means you accept these terms.
• If a payment is more than 14 days late we may take the site offline until it’s paid. We always tell you on LINE first, and nothing of yours is deleted.

Your text and photos

The text, photos, logos and prices you give us stay yours. You confirm you have the right to use them, that they are accurate, and that they follow Thai law, including the advertising rules for food, health and medical services. You allow us to use them to make and show your website, and to show your website as an example of our work unless you tell us not to.

Photos we supply may be used on your website only.

Changes and approval

Before your site goes live we send you a preview link to check and approve. Changes after that count as “rounds”, as many as your package includes. A round is one list of changes sent together: text, prices, photos or sections. A redesign or new pages aren’t changes; we quote for those separately.

The owner’s quick-edit page works with a private link and PIN. Please keep them to yourself: edits made with them count as yours.

Domains and email

Domains are always registered in your name and belong to you; you pay the registration fee at cost, and we remind you before renewals. Business email is set up in your own Microsoft or Google account; their fees are separate, and we don’t read your email.

Cancelling and refunds

• Cancel before we send the first design: we refund the deposit in full.
• After we send the first design: the setup fee isn’t refunded.
• Monthly: cancel any time; the site runs to the end of the month you’ve paid for.
• Yearly: the site runs to the end of the year you’ve paid for; there are no part refunds.

When you leave, your domain stays yours; we help you move it and send back your text and photos if you ask. We keep your website’s data for 90 days after the service ends and then delete it, except records the law makes us keep, such as receipts.

Availability and liability

We work to keep your website online all the time and back it up every night, but we can’t promise it will never be interrupted; when something goes wrong we fix it as fast as we can. We aren’t responsible for other companies’ services, such as LINE, Google, domain registries or email providers.

As far as Thai law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect losses such as lost sales, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before.

What isn’t allowed

Websites may not be used for anything illegal, gambling, adult content, scams, or anything that infringes other people’s rights. We may remove such content or take the site offline.

Changes to these terms, and the law

We may update these terms. If a change affects existing customers we tell you on LINE at least 30 days ahead. These terms are governed by Thai law. If the Thai and English versions differ, the Thai version applies.
