Good questions, straight answers
Can travellers pay a deposit on the website?
Travellers send a booking request first; you confirm and tell them how to pay, for example by PromptPay, on LINE or by email.
We have many trips and prices. Will they fit?
Yes. Each trip has its own photos, details, length, group size and price, and you can add or remove trips any time.
I don’t have a domain. What do I do?
Nothing. We register one in your name and set it all up; you pay the domain fee at cost, usually around 400 to 1,000 baht a year (.co.th needs company documents). Already have one? We connect it.
Who owns the domain?
You do. It’s always registered in your name, so if you ever move elsewhere, it goes with you.
Can I start today?
Yes. Start on a free address like yourshop.somdul.site, and switch to your own domain whenever you’re ready.
How long does it take?
Usually within 7 days of receiving your text and photos.
Can I change things later?
Yes. Prices, sold out and hours you can change yourself from your phone any time. For anything else, send us a LINE message. Lite: one round every three months · Premium: four a month · Advanced: unlimited (fair use), done by the next working day.
Can you set up our LINE Official Account?
Yes, ฿290. You create the account with your own LINE and add us as an admin; we set up the profile, greeting, auto-replies, a 6-button menu and a QR card. The account is yours and you can remove us any time. LINE’s free plan covers 300 broadcast messages a month; more than that is paid to LINE directly.
Can I have email at my own domain?
Yes. We set up Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace in your name. Their monthly fee is separate.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Monthly plans any month; yearly plans run to the end of the year. Your domain stays yours.
Can I change plans?
Any time. Upgrade and the extras show straight away; move down and nothing is lost, we keep it all.
How do I pay?
By PromptPay or card (through Stripe); monthly and yearly plans can renew automatically by card. A receipt every time. For a new site: half the setup fee to start (fully refundable until we send the first design), the rest plus the first month or year before it goes live.
